small kitchen where everything required to prep, and cook is within arms’ reach can make everyday cooking more efficient and stress-free. This compact kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself or for a crowd. We wanted to keep this kitchen open and airy by doing an all-white palette but using a textured backsplash which still blends with the rest of the kitchen but adds interest and movement to the space. The existing beam and crown mold going across the kitchen was a bit challenging to work around, but we incorporated it by creating enough space above the fridge cabinetry to maintain the symmetry and added cabinetry as part of the dining room for the spaces to flow better into one another.

For this simple yet classic kitchen transformation, the client wanted to go with an off-white color for the cabinets and loads of storage. We decided to add some depth by choosing a dark grey island, which also contrasts with the new large format floor tiles. We extended the kitchen all the way down to the sliding door and opened it up by removing decorative columns which were dividing the living room from the kitchen. We also got rid of an existing dining table and extended the island and added seating to maintain an entertaining space for large gatherings which was very important for our client.  We added a beautiful rose-gold chandelier which became the statement piece of the kitchen, creating a well-lit and well-balanced interior.

If you can’t find a bathroom vanity style or size that you want, you could always go with custom vanity. For this contemporary bathroom, we added an accent wall with a blue undertone behind the white oak vanity to add color to the space which is what our client wanted. The large shower enclosure and freestanding bathtub give you plenty of space to unwind and relax at the end of your day.

Black and white bathrooms are the perfect way to decorate if you’re looking for a timeless, chic, and sophisticated space. Our goal was to add different patterns to prevent this monochromatic scheme from looking flat. We used hex tiles on the bathroom floor and subway tiles in the shower with dark grout to enhance the shape of the tiles. We used a black bathtub to add another focal point to the space.

For this bathroom, we used simple calacatta tiles on the floor and shower walls and added an accent frame using a decorative tile finished with marble pencil in the shower for a more personal touch. We added a shelf behind the fashionable free-standing bathtub for the space to be more useful when taking baths. We also placed the bathtub’s faucet in an easy and accessible location.

Creating a custom vanity was the focus of this elegant ensuite transformation. We designed a traditional yet timeless vanity by adding wall paneling to match the door style throughout. The vanity has a pullout on each side and a laundry pullout in the middle for extra storage. The retro fixtures and vanity handles add more character to the space but still work in harmony with the rest of the space. The quartz top on the bathtub deck flows into the shower enclosure creating a finished and clean custom look, as well as the marble pencil border along the shower and bathtub deck tiles.

For this bathroom, our goal was to create a modern look for the client, by introducing 3D wavy tiles in the shower and a bold statuario tile on the floors. The 3D tile creates a dynamic look and a bold statement without spending a fortune. To add some contrast and color, we paired it with a navy-blue vanity and black fixtures throughout.
