Two Paths to a New Kitchen
We offer two approaches to kitchen renovations, and we'll recommend whichever one genuinely fits your needs:
Custom Kitchen Renovations
Full creative control. Cabinetry built to your exact specifications — unusual dimensions, integrated appliance panels, specialized storage solutions, any finish or door style. Cabinet boxes are 3/4" plywood with dovetail drawer joints, soft-close hinges, and full-extension slides rated to 100 lbs. Custom kitchens take 8–12 weeks total, with 6–8 weeks of cabinet manufacturing lead time. This is the right choice when you have non-standard dimensions, want specific configurations, or need something truly one-of-a-kind.
Pre-Fab Kitchen Installations
Our pre-fab kitchen program delivers a beautiful new kitchen in weeks, not months. Factory-built cabinets arrive in 1–2 weeks and installation takes 5–7 working days. The quality is comparable to custom — plywood construction, solid wood doors, soft-close hardware — at 30–40% less cost. Pre-fab covers over 30 door styles and most standard layouts. It's ideal for homeowners who want excellent results without the custom timeline or price tag.

Our Process
- Free in-home consultation — We visit your home, measure the space, discuss what works and what doesn't, and talk through your goals and budget. About 90 minutes.
- Design and planning — Detailed kitchen design with floor plan, 3D renderings, material specifications, and complete cost breakdown. Up to three revisions included.
- Material selection — Visit our Ajax showroom to see countertops, cabinet doors, hardware, tile, and fixtures in person under proper lighting.
- Permits and ordering — We handle building permit submissions and order all materials so everything arrives when permits are approved.
- Construction — Demolition, rough-ins, cabinet installation, countertops, backsplash, fixtures, and finishing — all managed by our project lead.
- Final walkthrough — We review every detail together against the original design. 30-day follow-up period for any adjustments.
