Main Bathroom Renovations
The family bathroom handles the most traffic and takes the most abuse. Our main bath renovations focus on durable, low-maintenance materials — porcelain tile (not ceramic) on floors, larger-format tiles that reduce grout lines, quartz vanity tops that resist water and staining, and proper waterproofing at every wet point. Storage is prioritized: recessed medicine cabinets, vanity drawers instead of doors, and built-in shower niches.
Powder Room Upgrades

Tub-to-Shower Conversions

We waterproof the entire area with Schluter KERDI membrane, build a custom tile shower base with linear drain, and install frameless glass enclosure. The result is a bathroom that feels twice the size.

Our Bathroom Renovation Process
- Free in-home consultation — We measure your bathroom, discuss your goals and frustrations with the current space, and establish a realistic budget range. About 60 minutes.
- Design and material selection — Detailed design with layout, tile patterns, fixture placement, and a 3D rendering so you can see the result before we start. Visit our showroom to choose materials in person.
- Permits and scheduling — We handle permit applications for any plumbing or electrical changes. Materials are ordered so everything arrives before demolition day.
- Demolition and rough-ins — Existing bathroom is stripped to studs. Plumbing and electrical are updated or relocated per the design. Schluter waterproofing membrane is installed.
- Tile, vanity, and fixtures — Floor and wall tile installed, vanity mounted, toilet and shower fixtures connected. Heated floor system (if included) goes in before tile.
- Glass, accessories, finishing — Shower glass, mirrors, towel bars, toilet paper holders, lighting. Final grouting and caulking. Professional cleaning.
- Final walkthrough — We inspect every detail together. 30-day follow-up for any adjustments.
